About
A journal about ageing well, gently
Timeless Well is a personal journal. It collects the small, unglamorous habits that seem to help a body and mind age well: moving a little every day, breathing slowly, sleeping better, eating simply, spending time outdoors, and the old craft of hands-on therapy such as massage.
Nothing here is a programme or a promise. These are notes from reading, trying things out and talking to practitioners, written for anyone who would like to feel a little more at home in their body as the years go by.
What you'll find here
- Plain-English notes on natural therapies: what they are, what people use them for, and what the evidence does and doesn't say
- Simple routines for desk days, evenings and weekends
- Ideas worth trying, and the ones I stopped doing
Where the ideas come from
I read widely: NHS guidance, research summaries, and books by physiotherapists, sleep scientists and long-time practitioners. When a post leans on a source, it links to it so you can judge for yourself.
Who supports the journal
Timeless Well is supported by QRT Healthcare, a massage and natural therapy practice near Warren Street in London. The Book Now buttons on this site lead to their booking page.
